His work starts with the systems a business already uses. He tests what those systems can actually support, then designs booking and handoff flows that fit the team's day-to-day work.

Alex brings a background in hospitality operations to Clara. He leads customer discovery, relationships, and commercial strategy, translating AI capabilities into practical outcomes for business owners.
